I love talking about property, not so good at talking about myself! I have been involved in property for almost 20 years and in that time have helped sell over £450m worth of property, as well as currently managing a lettings portfolio of around £25m worth of residential property. I have worked as a consultant for one of the world’s largest estate agency companies, and I took over ownership of Lancasters back in 2011 with aspirations to revolutionise our industry, creating an estate agency people love, while helping people find their place in the world. Outside of work I ride motorbikes, and spend time on the water whenever possible. My wife Alexis and I have a large family and bouncy dog (Blue) who keep us out of trouble

I am a people person (despite being known as ‘the grumpy one’) my working life has always been in client facing sales roles. I started in Estate Agency in 2007 and have worked in senior roles within a variety of corporate and independent agencies across the Isle of Wight. I joined Ben and the team in 2015, and became a partner in 2018. I look after all things property related here, Sales and Lettings, with a particular passion for valuing properties and tying up deals – In sales there is no greater feeling than agreeing a deal while providing an immaculate service to all parties. At home, life for me is busy too. With three children, and a crazy Labrador called Monty, we like to be active and outdoors including a role as a coach for a local youth football team.

AKA The Lettings Queen. If you have a property managed by Lancasters then we’ll already know each other pretty well. After a career in sales and advertising, I diversified into Estate Agency, working as the Isle of Wight sales representative for a high-end national house builder. I came to Lancasters to help out for a couple of days back in 2014 and it turns out I’m pretty good at it as they wouldn’t let me go! My strong suit is building relationships with our clients, getting to know our landlords and tenants personally so we can look after them better. I love the challenge and achievement of learning and have completed many courses and qualifications while at Lancasters, specialising in lettings legislation. Oh and yes I am married to the boss so… I am the real boss! Outside of work Ben and I like to travel as well as spending the odd weekend in London whenever possible. We have a large family and if the sun is shining you can find me near the beach in my cute little retro caravan.

The ‘Godmother’ of Estate Agency on the Island. I have probably been doing this job longer than most of our first-time buyers have been alive. Most experienced agent in the company? I’m possibly the most experienced agent on the Isle of Wight! I joined the UK’s largest estate agency in 1993, progressing there for 25 years and advancing to run my own branches in Bembridge and Ventnor. It was a happy time but I finally ‘saw the light’ in 2018 and joined Lancasters to be part of the independent and passionate team, truly serving clients more inline with my own moral compass. Outside of the office I am a keen skier and travel whenever possible.

I hold the crown as Lancasters longest serving team member, I’ve even been here longer than Ben! I joined Lancasters in 2009, when it was the original ‘Bob Lancaster Estate Agents’, working with Bob and his daughter Donna in the property sales administration team. With Ben taking over and growing the business we diversified into residential lettings and I’ve found my niche as part of the property management team, working alongside Alexis to ensure all our properties are looked after as if they were our own. Having a property inspection? It will almost certainly be me coming to see you. When I’m not in the office you’ll either find me sailing or chasing my mad dog Fizzle around the forest.

AKA ‘Kimmers’. I joined the Lancasters family in 2016, with the brief to ‘keep Ben inline’ – if I only! I have a passion for bookkeeper (someone has to!) and Lancasters supported me studying for a higher qualification in accounting. I have now moved on to Bright Brown Accountants as my day job, but am still part of the Lancasters team – I’m the one with the spreadsheets!
