What you see below is what you pay. Nothing more.

1.5% + VAT of the sale price. (zero up front)

No tie-in period
There is no photography package to add. No premium listing upgrade to upsell. No exit fee if you change your mind. One fee, when we sell it, and nothing if we don't. Everything included.
Lettings
Introduction only: 75% + VAT of the first month's rent.
We find your tenant, reference them thoroughly, handle the paperwork, and hand over to you. Everything up to the point the tenant moves in.

Fully managed: £250 + VAT setup fee, then 12% + VAT per month.
We handle everything from start to finish - marketing, viewings, tenant selection, referencing, tenancy agreements, move-in, inspections, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and landlord communication throughout.
Lettings
Rent guarantee insurance: 3% + VAT of the monthly rent.
Optional. Covers your rental income if a tenant can't pay. It's there if you want it - but read what we say about it on our Lettings before you decide, you may not need it.
